The result of thisintense research can be seen in our cellars where lay 23,000 bottles ofwine. Executive Chef DanielGalmiche produces modern French cuisine which is designed to complement wineand our team's aim is to create a dining experience that is relaxed butinformative and truly memorable. Add to this, the highly rated Vineyard Spa offers pampering and relaxationin a world of calm, allowing you to lose yourself in the beautifulsurroundings. Gaze at the sky from the circular pool, then immerse yourselfin the spa bath and let the soft water jets massage you. Afterwards, unwindin the steam room or sauna and you will soon feel any tension ease away.Light refreshments are served by the poolside relaxation area or in the spagarden.
